Erik is a Lease Manager at Putnam Leasing, where he has worked since 2011. With 28 years of experience in the automotive industry, Erik’s career began in 1995 at Penske Automotive Group, where he held various roles before joining Putnam.

Born in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, Erik grew up in Kansas City before moving to Arizona in 1998. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Arizona State University.

Erik is passionate about guiding clients through the leasing process, building strong relationships, and helping them find the perfect vehicle. On weekends, he enjoys spending time outdoors and hiking.

Favorite Car: Ferrari 812 Superfast

Twyla is a Lease Manager at Putnam Leasing, where she has worked for the past 21 years, including 18 years in Southern California, helping clients turn their automotive dreams into reality.

Her automotive career began in vintage racing event management and promotions before she transitioned to overseeing classic car auctions in Detroit for one of the largest auction houses in the industry.

Growing up on a small farm in Montana, Twyla developed a passion for cars while working on them alongside her father, sparking a lifelong love for classic, muscle, sports, and luxury cars.

Favorite Car: Her first car, a 1955 Chevy, ignited this lifelong passion, with too many favorites to list!

Gary is a Leasing Manager at Putnam Leasing with over 30 years of experience in the financial industry.

Born in Brooklyn, NY and raised on Long Island, Gary moved to South Florida in 1971, where he still resides today. His passion for classic cars began at 13, inspired by his father’s collection, which included a 1958 MG MGA, 1960 Austin-Healey, and 1963 Corvette Split Window. Together, they spent weekends restoring these vehicles, guided by the philosophy that “cars are only original once.”

Gary also has a lifelong passion for baseball, having earned a spot in the New York Yankees' farm system, an experience that continues to fuel his drive and competitive spirit today.

Favorite Cars: His 1963 Corvette Split Window and 1970 Corvette 454 Coupe

Brendan is a Lease Manager at Putnam Leasing, where he has worked since 2008, helping clients in the Midwest and Mid-Atlantic regions acquire their dream cars and expand their collections.

Originally from Connecticut, Brendan now calls South Carolina home. He values building lasting relationships with clients and appreciates the opportunity to work with such an amazing team.

His favorite thing about working at Putnam is meeting new people and helping them acquire their dream car or grow their collection.

Outside of work, Brendan enjoys coaching his son’s lacrosse team, playing golf with his 10-year-old, traveling with family, and hiking with his dog.

Karen is a Lease Manager at Putnam Leasing, where she helps clients turn their car dreams into reality.

Born and raised in Southern California, the car capital of the country, Karen has been immersed in the automotive world her entire life. With a racing driver father and a mechanic brother, cars are truly in her blood.

When she’s not at a Concours, Cars & Coffee, or an auction, you’ll find Karen driving a sports car down PCH, hiking trails with her dog, Luigi, or enjoying golf, pickleball, and paddleboarding in Newport Beach.

Beyond her love for cars, Karen is deeply committed to giving back to the community, sharing her passion for exotic cars, and volunteering for children’s charities, a cause she considers both a privilege and a joy.

Steven Posner is the Chief Executive Officer of Putnam Leasing, where he has built a legacy of leadership and industry expertise over nearly 47 years in the exotic and foreign automobile leasing space.

Steven’s journey in the industry began on his 18th birthday in the summer of 1977, when he took a job as a transporter/driver for an automobile leasing company on Long Island. Over the next four years, he immersed himself in every aspect of the business, gaining a deep understanding of both operations and administration. His initiative and dedication quickly set him apart, leading to a role in sales and eventually the Director of Operations for one of the region’s largest leasing companies.

In May 1981, at just 21 years old, Steven became a junior partner in a newly formed leasing company, which was later acquired by one of the industry’s leading firms.

Steven joined Putnam Leasing in May 1989 as Vice President, where his career continued to ascend. Known for his strategic thinking, people-first leadership, and deep industry knowledge, Steven rose to CEO, a role in which he has left a lasting impact.

Throughout his career, Steven has remained committed to the principles of exceptional customer service, integrity, and fairness. His leadership philosophy is rooted in humility and respect, believing that the best leaders inspire and uplift, rather than command.

Outside of his work at Putnam, Steven is committed to giving back.  He has served for over seven years on the Advisory Board of the Carrington Charitable Foundation, a nonprofit organization devoted to supporting post-9/11 combat wounded Veterans and Gold Star families. His involvement reflects a deep commitment to purpose-driven leadership, extending beyond the luxury leasing space into philanthropic efforts that honor sacrifice, service, and community. CCF has expanded its Signature Programs - Mobility, Stability, Purpose, and Prosperity - providing homes for catastrophically injured Veterans, retiring mortgages for Gold Star families, and helping transitioning service members find meaningful careers. This commitment to service mirrors Steven’s leadership approach - grounded in integrity, compassion, and a vision that extends far beyond business. Earlier in his career, he also served as Chapter Chairman of the New York/Connecticut chapter of the National Vehicle Leasing Association from the late 1990s through 2002, demonstrating his long-standing commitment to both the industry and the broader community.

Joseph Gregori is the Vice President and Chief Credit Officer at Putnam Leasing, where he has worked since April 2018.

Before joining Putnam, Joseph held leadership roles at several private and public companies. He served as Chairman and CEO of a privately held office supply company serving the New York and New Jersey markets, which was successfully sold to a public company in 2022. He also served as CEO of a privately held communications company and as President and Director of Nationwide Cellular Service, a publicly traded company on NASDAQ. A CPA and Magna Cum Laude graduate of Adelphi University, Joe also served as a Trustee to the university.

In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, and traveling.

Ed Kaye is Vice President at Putnam Leasing, where he co-manages critical aspects of the business, including credit underwriting, legal compliance, collections, and operations.

With over 30 years of experience in the consumer and commercial vehicle leasing and finance industry, Ed’s career spans executive roles at Inspiration Mobility and Access Commercial Capital, where he served as Co-Founder, Managing Member, and General Counsel. His leadership at Access was instrumental in its acquisition by United Leasing and Finance, and he previously co-founded The Advantage Funding Group, growing it into a $500 million portfolio company under Marubeni America Corporation.

Ed holds a Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law and both master’s and bachelor’s degrees in communication from the University at Albany. He is a past President and current Board Member of the National Vehicle Leasing Association (NVLA) and serves on the Leasing News advisory board.

In his free time, Ed enjoys playing tennis, golf, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Tony is the Chief Financial Officer at Putnam Leasing, where he has worked for the past 10 years.

With a career spanning 45 years, Tony’s experience includes Big 4 accounting firms, commercial finance companies, and asset management firms.

As CFO, Tony oversees accounting, finance, IT, and treasury operations, including business planning and forecasting throughout the year.

Tony holds a B.S. in Accounting from Boston College and an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Connecticut.

Marilyn is the Director of Lease Administration at Putnam Leasing, where she has worked since October 1991, joining the company straight out of business school.

With a father who worked as an auto body repairman and a brother who sold BMWs, Marilyn’s path to the automotive industry felt almost inevitable. Talking cars was a regular part of family life, sparking her passion for the industry from a young age.

Over the past 34 years, Marilyn has watched Putnam Leasing develop, grow, and adapt to changing market conditions, always with a focus on exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

As she often tells clients, “Enjoy the drive” and after more than three decades at Putnam, she’s still loving hers.
